With the help of an application, those affected can ask for the help of a sign language interpreter between 8 am and 8 pm on working days. All you need is a tablet or PC and a live internet connection.

The service now has nearly 2000 hearing impaired clients. Our clients are typically deaf, hard of hearing and deaf-blind individuals who use this form of communication accessibility for everyday life, independent living and employment. With the help of a sign language interpreter, they can make phone calls or ask for KONTAKT's assistance for personal conversations.
